What is next?

I’M READY, WILLING, AND ABLE: WHAT NOW?

Many of you have figured out that you are clearly suffering from a sleep quality problem, which makes it more difficult to function during the day. You have connected the “zzzots” to daytime sleepiness or tiredness, problems with memory or concentration, or diminished mood, motivation, or ambition. You may also realize that a sleep breathing condition looms much larger on the landscape than you would have imagined previously.

Armed with this new knowledge, you’re ready to take action. Consider moving forward using one or more of the steps outlined at the beginning of this section: Finding a sleep center near you, schedule a sleep test, discuss your concerns with a primary physician or specialist, consider help from a mental health professional, or obtain a copy of Sound Sleep, Sound Mind to guide you in your search for the best resources.

We also offer special programs for out of state patients to get tested and treated at our sleep center.

LET ME THINK ABOUT IT…

If you still feel hesitant, skeptical or confused, we recommend moving to our next section under Treatment Pathways .
